Our vision of student life

With over 70 m² of space and around 20 machines, the AFTR gym offers you everything you need to train whenever you want. No need for a subscription elsewhere, access is unlimited and included in your rent. Cardio, weight training or strengthening, it’s all there for you to move at your own pace in a modern, motivating space.

At AFTR, music has its place. Our hall is already equipped with guitars, piano and drums, but if you prefer to play with your own instrument, you can also bring it along. A soundproofed space ideal for rehearsing, creating and sharing your passion in complete freedom.

Whether films, series, sporting events or presentations, our broadcast room is designed to provide a high-quality visual and audio experience. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a large screen and immersive sound, alone or with other residents, for moments of relaxation and sharing.

Take advantage of our restaurant and relaxation area, the perfect place to unwind with friends. Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee, a convivial meal or simply a break, you’ll find a comfortable, welcoming environment, with modern facilities to savour every moment.

Our coworking space is designed to combine productivity and comfort. It includes 5 individual offices for working in complete tranquillity, as well as a common area for exchanging, collaborating or taking a break. A flexible and inspiring environment to meet all your professional needs.

On the first floor, you can take advantage of our lush gardens to relax in the fresh air or recharge your batteries. There’s also a secure and practical bike room, so you can easily store your bike and explore the city whenever you like.
