Managing parcels in the residence

The AFT-R student residence’s parcel service enables tenants to receive their parcels in complete safety.

How does it work?

When a parcel arrives, it is first registered by reception staff and then stored in the dedicated parcel reception area. The tenant is then informed of the parcel’s availability directly by SMS. To collect the parcel, simply go to reception and give your apartment number.

Parcel delivery times are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 22:00
  • Friday: 07:00 to 17:30 and 19:00 to 22:00
  • Saturday: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Sunday: 4 pm to 10 pm

It is also important to note that parcel deliveries are not made on Saturdays. Consequently, no packages are received on Saturdays.

Some deliveries are made with codes, please communicate them to Thierry by sms or email.
